The Community Guidance Center continues to monitor the current Coronavirus outbreak. We take the safety of our consumers and staff very seriously and continue to follow state and federal guidelines regarding public health measures during this pandemic.

 

SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE IN ALL OF OUR SERVICE AREAS

• For a listing of our office hours, please visit thecgc.com/locations

• All services are face-to-face with telehealth available when clinically appropriate and logistically feasible. Injections and other on-site services are readily accessible.

• Our Child and Adolescent Partial Program (ALPHA) is operating on-site.

• Our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (Psych Rehab) is operating on-site and mobile.

We want to remind our communities and healthcare providers that our organization accepts referrals and intakes at all locations as we continue to provide Sanctuary® Model-based comprehensive mental and behavioral health, intellectual disabilities, and early intervention services. Please call 888-686-1991 to make a referral or schedule an intake.
