The Community Guidance center has a number of volunteer positions opportunities. We encourage the community to get involved by helping consumers and staff. Positions and hours are flexible and dependent on the volunteer's outside schedule.

Volunteer positions include clerical, marketing, receptionist and with working with individual programs. The Guidance Center works closely wit the Office of Service Learning on the IUP campus. Qualified students are paid through work study for their volunteer hours, dependent on their financial status. Volunteers must have Act 33/34 Clearances. If the volunteer doesn't have these clearances at the interview, the CGC will provide the forms necessary and pay for the clearances.
