We are a growing rural community mental health provider with a work environment focused on employee quality of life considerations. We are seeking caring, committed and dynamic individuals for the following positions:

Director Outpatient Program

Responsible for clinical and administrative direction of the Outpatient Department.  Experience in community based services preferred. Masters degree in psychology, counseling, or social work and training/experience in individual therapy for all ages required.  Pennsylvania license preferred. Current clearances required.

Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner

PA/C or CRNP to work with consumers in Indiana and Punxsutawney. Experience

working with mental health consumers preferred. No weekends or on call. Current

PA license and DEA required.

Masters Level Therapist

Full-time Strength Based Therapists needed to work with children who have behavioral and emotional issues.  Qualifications include Master’s degree in psychology, counseling or social work, experience in behavioral modification therapy, and one year experience working with children and experience in the CASSP system.  Act 33 & 34 clearances required.

Clinic Coordinator

Position available to provide administrative and clinical oversight of the Punxsutawney Clinic and provide crisis management and coordination of services for consumers. Assist in the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of policies/procedures and provide input in the area of budgeting and fiscal matters. Masters Degree and License required. Supervisory experience strongly preferred. Must have strong interpersonal skills. Current clearances required.

Family Based Outreach Therapist

Full-time MA Therapists needed to work with children who have behavioral and emotional issues.  Qualifications include Master’s degree in human services related field, experience in behavioral modification therapy, and one year experience working with children and experience in the CASSP system.  Act 33 & 34 clearances required.

Case Manager

Energetic, recovery-focused individual needed to fill position in a rapidly growing department providing outreach services to adult and children diagnosed with a mental illness. Bachelors’ degree in human services or related field, clearances, clean driving record, and the ability to work a flexible schedule required.

Substitute Therapist

Bachelors or Masters Level Therapist needed to work with adults and children who have

behavioral and emotional issues in the Children and Adult Partial Hospitalization Program.  Qualifications include Bachelors degree in human services related field, experience in individual and group therapy, and one year experience working with children and experience in the CASSP system.  Weekly hours vary.

Authorization Clerk

Coordinate, monitor and enter insurance changes, to determine MHMR authorizations into the County’s system to include entering required POMS information.  Process authorization requests and communicate insurance issues and changes to appropriate staff.  Previous experience and HS diploma required.

Part Time Evening Receptionist

Individual must be a fast learner and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Minimum of a high school diploma, or equivalent, 2 or more years of secretarial experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel required.  15 hours per week Mon- Thurs evenings only.  Current clearances required.
