Outpatient Therapist – LCSW
Full time Licensed Clinical Social Worker needed to float between Punxsutawney and Clearfield Jefferson offices.  Current clearances required.

Psych Rehab Worker
Full-time Psych Rehab Worker position available in Clarion office. Duties include, but not limited to, facilitate psychiatric rehabilitation groups, plan and prepare materials, and complete all necessary documentation for consumers involved in Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in human services related field, current Clearances and a clean 3 year driver’s record. One year of experience working with adults in clinical setting preferred.

Substitute/Casual Psych Rehab Worker position available in Clearfield and DuBois offices. Duties include, but not limited to, facilitate psychiatric rehabilitation groups, plan and prepare materials, and complete all necessary documentation for consumers involved in Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in human services related field, current Clearances and a clean 3 year driver’s record. One year of experience working with adults in clinical setting preferred.

Family Based Outreach Therapist

Two full-time Family Based Outreach Therapists are needed to work out of the Indiana office with children who have behavioral and emotional issues and their families. Qualifications include Bachelor’s degree in human services related field or mental health professional certification from the state, experience in family systems, and on year experience working with children and experience in the CASSP system. Current Clearances and a clean 3 year driver’s record required.

Controller

Full-time Controller is needed to work out of the Indiana office. Duties include, but not limited to, day to day accounting functions, management of general accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable staff, the yearly financial audit, the month end close process and preparation of the monthly financial statements. Implement financial controls to improve processes and establish more efficient ways to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals. Coordination and completion of the annual budget and 990 tax return. Qualifications include minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, above average Microsoft excel skills, strong process mapping and improvement skills, strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve creatively, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, ability to own and manage accounting processes independently, and ability to implement policies and procedures to increase the department’s success. CPA and/or Master’s Degree preferred. Current clearances required.

Billing/Authorization Clerk

Full-time Billing/Authorization Clerk needed in the Indiana Office. Duties include, but not limited to, invoice accurate and complete claims to insurers, review and resolve unpaid claims in a timely manner, obtain and distribute authorizations, enter authorizations into Credible, communicate with managed care insurers for authorization when insurance changes occur, communicate with billing department when write-offs/authorizations are in question, maintain authorization database for all departments as directed. Qualifications include a high school diploma, above average computer skills, knowledge of office procedures and equipment, strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve creatively, excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Previous healthcare authorization experience preferred. Current clearances required.

Clinical Psychotherapist

Full-time Masters Level Case Rate Therapist to work in the Indiana Outpatient Department.  Masters degree in psychology, counseling, or social work and training/experience in individual therapy for all ages are required.  Current clearances required.
